Who we are

What data we collect

When you complete the diagnostics form we collect: your answers to the qualification questions, your position, name, phone number and (optionally) email address. With your consent, analytics and advertising tools also collect technical data (cookies, device and browser information, pages viewed).

Why we use it

To contact you and arrange your free diagnostics session (legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract). To measure and improve the site and our advertising (legal basis: your consent via the cookie banner).

Who receives it

Our service providers: Cloudflare (hosting), Telegram (internal notification of your request), and — only if you accept cookies — Google (Tag Manager, Analytics), Meta (Pixel) and Microsoft (Clarity). Some of them process data outside the EU under standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

Lead data is kept as long as needed to communicate with you and then deleted on request or after a reasonable period of inactivity. Analytics data follows the retention settings of each provider.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, withdraw consent at any time (use “Cookie settings” in the footer), and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email us at the address above.
